TRANSPORTING ENGINE PACKAGES
The system is used to transport engine packages around the Test Bed facility during various stages of testing, and incorporates the following equipment designed, manufactured and installed by Mechan:
- 46t capacity travelling bridge with 360 rotation turntable in build shop.
- 46t capacity roof mounted turntable in Test Cell.
- Engine Travelling Hoists.
- Debris Guard.
- Engine Build Stations.
- Various cranes and hoists
