Using a portable panel, the operator has the freedom to move to the best location and monitor the lift more effectively.
The remote handset has a full colour HMI touch screen that provides constant feedback, allowing you to monitor an entire lift or focus on a particular unit, making it easier to diagnose faults. It also displays vital data about maintenance and servicing.
Our control systems use a combined power and data cable to minimise installation costs and inverter technology to produce power savings, compared to similar products. The controller caters for longer, high speed trains and large numbers of jacks can be operated together. The largest system produced to date is a 44-jack chain, which is used to service 11-car Pendolinos on the UK’s West Coast Mainline.
